You can delete your account anytime by logging into the website, choosing profile, then settings, then delete account.

You are solely responsible for the content and information you display on the website and send to other members.  No other part of this agreement is intended to shift this responsibility to HelloBiscuit.com.

You agree it is your responsibility to verify and investigate any potential dates prior to disclosing personal information or meeting in person.

You agree to keep all information provided to you through this site as private and confidential.  You agree not to share any private and confidential information without a member’s prior consent.

You agree not to upload, post, email or contact members in anywaythat would be considered unlawful, harassing, threatening, offensive, abusive, harmful, libelous, defamatory or racist.

You agree not to upload, post, email or otherwise make available on HelloBiscuit.com, any material protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right without the permission of the owner of such copyright, trademark or other proprietary interest.

You agree not to post anything on the website or send anything to a member that is knowingly inaccurate, fraudulent or against the law.

You agree not to post onyour profile any personal information such as last names, street addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers,email addresses, instant messenger screen names,account numbers or websites.

You agree not to send or upload viruses or anything that could be harmful to HelloBiscuit.com, its members, visitors or advertisers.

You agree not to use the site for any commercial purpose, advertising, chain letters, pyramid schemes, spamming or solicitation of members to purchase products or services.
Sexual Content
You acknowledge this site allows adult content including text, X-rated pictures, advertisements, audio and video made available in public and private areas by us, members, advertisers and 3rdparty affiliates.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you acknowledge you are not offended by sexual content and that you are intentionally and knowingly seeking access to this type of website.

In regards to sexual content you agree to stay within the normal bounds of decency.  Pictures or posts that are considered indecent, offensive and/or illegal will be deleted as they are made known to us.  Content or pictures containing people under 18 years of age, bestiality and necrophilia are examples of content that will be deleted and possibly result in further action by us.
Content Removal

We display advertisements in the form of banners or text links on HelloBiscuit.com, that when clicked, will direct an individual to a specific advertisers website where they may make a purchase of a product or service. HelloBiscuit.com and its owners do not guarantee nor are we to be held responsible for any product or service purchased on these affiliate websites.  It is entirely up to the member to check all applicable terms and conditions on these advertiser sites prior to making a purchase.

Email Communication
We reserve the right to notify you via email regarding new features, site updates and special offers or when changes, updates, additions or deletions are made to the User Agreement or Privacy Policy.
You will also receive emails notices when you have received emails from other members, have been invited to a group or have been added to a member’s favorite list.  If you wish not to receive these types of emails you can turno ff that feature by logging into the website, choosing profile, then settings, uncheck the “I’d like to receive email notifications” box then choose save changes at the bottom of the screen.

Complaints
If you have a complaint against a member, you can report it by choosing report abuse on the members profile that you are filing the complaint against.  In the response please give us a detailed account of the complaint.  Although you are solely responsible for any interaction you have with other members, we will do our best to resolve any issues you are having.  In a case where we cannot resolve the complaint, you agree to release HelloBiscuit.com, its employees, and 3rdparty affiliates from any claims, demands or damages of any kind.
